Indian spitz dog breed range in size from miniature to larger. It has a wedge-shaped head with pricked-up ears and dark-colored almond-shaped eyes. Whether the coat is black, white, golden, or cream-colored, the nose and lips should be either black or brown.

Muscular and slightly arched describe the neck. A broad, deep chest is level with the back. The tail is carried over the back, reasonably high, and ends with a gentle curl. It shouldn’t extend past the hocks. Straight legs are on the front. The thighs are well-rounded and well-muscled in the back, letting down to flat feet. On the rear legs, dewclaws are typically eliminated.

An adaptable, active breed that is simple to train and makes an excellent companion is the Indian Spitz. It is cheerful and gets along well with both kids and other pets.

Although it might be independent, it loves its family. This spitz enjoys receiving human attention and needs distractions like games, walks, or tricks. Although it is not hostile toward outsiders, it forms an attentive watchdog.

The medium-length coat of the Indian Spitz is solid shades of black, white, gold, and cream, occasionally with spots or particulars. The undercoat in this breed is absent.

With a complete ruff around the neck, a man in the case of males, and feathering on the legs, ears, and tail, the coat ought to be soft and silky. It sheds relatively little if brushed regularly or once a week for fifteen to twenty minutes. Indian Spitz puppies are born with adult coats that develop over the course of two to three months.
